The trolley mainly consists of a gantry frame, maintenance platform, traveling mechanism, spraying system, and control system.
The maintenance trolley produced by China Railway Qiangli features a four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering configuration, ensuring smooth operation and flexible maneuverability. The maintenance track adopts a cantilever structure design that can extend to the end area of the secondary lining trolley, effectively addressing the issue of maintenance blind spots. A full-section working platform is provided, making it convenient for workers to inspect and maintain the tunnel.
The QLYHB maintenance trolley is equipped with an intelligent control system that enables cyclical maintenance according to preset times and frequencies, while also monitoring the equipment’s operating status in real time to enhance maintenance efficiency. At the same time, it can precisely detect environmental parameters within the tunnel and adjust maintenance strategies—such as heating temperature and spray water volume—in real time, ensuring high-quality maintenance.
