Luoyang China Railway Qiangli Machinery Co., Ltd. originated from the Machinery General Factory of the Tunnel Engineering Bureau under the former Ministry of Railways and was established in May 2006 through a corporate restructuring that separated core operations from auxiliary functions. The company specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of dedicated machinery and equipment for tunnel and bridge construction. It is committed to providing one-stop solutions as well as automated and intelligent complete equipment for various underground engineering projects. As an integrated enterprise covering design, R&D, production, sales, and service, it is recognized as a specialized, sophisticated, distinctive, and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise and a national high-tech enterprise.
The company occupies an area of over 200 acres and currently employs more than 80 mid- and senior-level technicians as well as over 400 mid- and senior-level skilled workers. It operates modern workshops covering 50,000 square meters and is equipped with a complete set of machinery for processing, maintenance, and testing. Currently, the company produces over 1,000 sets annually, including integrated arch-anchor-grouting work platforms, lining trolleys, intelligent rebar and membrane installation trolleys, access bridges, and wet-mix shotcreting machines, achieving an annual output value of 1 billion RMB.
Adhering to the development philosophy of "technology first, continuous innovation," the company has successively been accredited as the Luoyang Municipal Enterprise Technology Center, Henan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Henan Provincial Bridge and Tunnel Intelligent Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center, and Henan Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base. To date, the company holds more than 100 utility model and invention patents, including over 20 core patents. It has also obtained certifications for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.
Through more than two decades of market experience and continuous development, the company has established eight major product series, including integrated arch-anchor-grouting work platforms, intelligent informatized lining trolleys, intelligent rebar and membrane installation trolleys, cable-trench trolleys, multi-functional waterproofing board trolleys, curing trolleys, hydraulic invert access bridges, and wet-mix shotcreting machines. It has supplied tens of thousands of sets of engineering equipment to nearly a hundred construction enterprises, including China Railway, China Railway Construction, China Communications Construction, China Hydropower, China Power Construction, and China State Construction, establishing long-term stable cooperative relationships. Its products have been exported to over 60 international projects in countries such as Georgia, Kazakhstan, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Zambia, Malaysia, Singapore, Bangladesh, and Indonesia, earning widespread recognition and a strong reputation in the industry.
