　　This vehicle mainly consists of a gantry frame, an arc-shaped track, a laying and hanging trolley, a traveling system, a hydraulic system, and an intelligent control system.

　　The waterproof rebar working integrated machine produced by China Railway Qiangli adopts a gantry frame structure, ensuring sufficient clearance for vehicle passage and reserving space for ventilation pipes—thus eliminating interference with construction that is common in similar products. The curved track features an integral welded design, offering stable structural performance and high load-bearing capacity. The laying trolley is equipped with a spring-rod leveling device that presses the waterproof membrane tightly against the excavation surface, completely replacing manual labor, reducing worker fatigue, and improving both the quality and efficiency of laying operations. This trolley uses tire-mounted electric propulsion, eliminating the need for manual track laying and allowing for flexible relocation.
