       2. Insert-type vibration system

      It can avoid inserting rebar into the concrete during vibration, ensuring compactness of the arch crown. Equipped with an intelligent system, it allows setting vibration time, number of vibrations, and interval, and records vibration data in real time.

       3. Intelligent Layered Window-by-Window Pouring System

      The system features a rotary alignment and telescopic sealing structure. The pump pipe branch extends once to each pouring window, and the rearmost section of the pipeline is designed with a rotating mechanism, enabling simultaneous pouring from two windows. This ensures that all windows can be filled under pressure. Additionally, the system is equipped with a cleaning device and a residual-material collection pipeline, which effectively improve the construction environment and enhance construction efficiency.

       4. Soft Splice System

      Equipped with soft rubber and squeeze-warning devices to prevent grout leakage during pouring and damage to the already lined surface.

       5. Polymer plug plate

      Made from a new type of environmentally friendly polymer material, it features high strength and lightweight construction. The vault is fully transparent, allowing easy observation of the pouring process.

       6. Pneumatic Vibrating System

      The edges can be equipped with multiple sets of pneumatic vibrators, offering enhanced safety and greater environmental friendliness. Combined with insertion-type vibrators, this ensures full coverage of vibration for the secondary lining.

       7. New Information System

      In 2017, we were the first to launch an information system. Building on this initial system, we have continuously optimized and improved it, endowing it with the following features: tunnel temperature, humidity, and dust detection; a splicing warning system; monitoring of concrete placement temperature and poured volume; real-time progress display; monitoring and early warning of arch crown pouring pressure; an arch crown fullness monitoring system; a remote video surveillance system; a data archiving and query module; and a real-time data printing system. The new system also features IoT capabilities—simply insert a communication card to enable cloud-based transmission of on-site data, supporting remote or off-site access for convenient management and traceability of on-site construction activities.

      Currently, the new intelligent and information-based secondary lining trolley has been put into use on projects such as the Meilong Railway, Xuanji Railway, and the Sichuan-Tibet Railway, and has received high praise from construction sites.
