Luoyang China Railway Qiangli Machinery Co., Ltd. was formerly known as China Railway Tunnel Group Qiangli Machinery Co., Ltd. It was established in May 2006 following a corporate restructuring that separated the core business from auxiliary operations. The company specializes in the research and development and manufacturing of specialized machinery and equipment for tunnel and bridge construction. It is committed to providing one-stop solutions and automated, intelligent complete sets of equipment for various underground engineering projects. It is a specialized, sophisticated, and innovative high-tech enterprise integrating design and R&D, production manufacturing, and sales services.

The company occupies an area of over 200 mu and currently employs more than 70 mid- and senior-level technical personnel and over 300 mid- and senior-level skilled workers. It boasts modern factory facilities covering 50,000 square meters and is equipped with fully integrated machinery for machining, maintenance, and testing. At present, the company annually produces over 500 sets of lining trolleys, gangways, wet spray trolleys, and arch-spraying and anchoring trolleys, with an annual output value of 500 million yuan.
